2 The Supreme Court can use law enforcement and/or the US Military to enforce its rulings
The judicial power is executable and “extend[s] to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under. . .[the] Constitution.” This means the judiciary (Supreme Court) decides the law when/if issues arise, not the President. Various officers and personnel in the executive branch administer the laws (e.g., DOJ). The Office of the President is responsible to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” If the Supreme Court issues an order in support of what is law and the President attempts to defy that order, the executive branch personnel charged with the execution of the law must obey the Court, not the President. The military must also defy orders from the President if they conflict with the Court’s order because they are unlawful orders. The Supreme Court may direct police forces (or Militia), sworn to uphold the laws, to act against whoever is in defiance of their orders.
